Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer the following shipping options:

• In-stock products: Shipped within 7 working days.
• Out-of-stock products: Shipped within 15 working days.
• Customized products: Shipped within 20 working days after the design is confirmed.
  

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Fees:

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $500.
• Shipping fees for expedited or international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at [info@aotujewelry.com].

• For lost packages, we will assist in tracking and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.
• For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and product for faster resolution.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders):
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.
